Cancellation Insurance
We strongly recommend you purchase cancellation insurance to avoid a large loss if you must cancel your trip.
Deposits and Refunds
At the time of booking a deposit is required of NZ$500 per person. Should you wish to cancel your booking, a refund of the deposit, less a NZ$100 cancellation charge per person will be made if a cancellation is received in writing more than 60 days from the date of departure, when the final payment is due. In the event of a cancellation after final payment has been made, cancellation fees for NZT land cost will be as follows:
30 to 60 days: 50% of land cost
14 to 29 days: 75% of land cost
Less than 14 days: 100% of land cost
